π₯ New Eden Mill Whisky Attraction to Open

After years in the making, the brand-new Eden Mill Distillery and Visitor Centre in Guardbridge, just outside St Andrews, is finally set to open its doors this Monday.
Part of a growing trend to modernise Scotlandβs whisky scene and make it more accessible, the new attraction offers a range of experiences from the classic whisky tour to gin cocktail masterclasses and relaxed drinks at The Lookout Bar, perched at the top of the distillery with stunning views across the Eden Estuary and St Andrews.
For those who fancy mixing their malts with a bit of sport, thereβs even an on-site golf simulator where visitors can enjoy a dram and a swing at the same time. The Β£17.5 million project marks the culmination of years of planning and will create 18 new jobs, giving Fife another major visitor destination. Iβll certainly be visiting this year!
You can explore everything the new Eden Mill Distillery and Visitor Centre has to offer here.
